# Install Unslop

The user supplied the canonical guide URL and explicitly asked to install Unslop. Unslop is an Agent Skill for editing existing prose, not a standalone application or AI detector. Install only this skill on the current supported host. Do not edit or generate text until the user also supplies a draft or asks for an editing task.

## Safety and source validation

1. Use only the source repository, revision, and package listed in the frontmatter.
2. Inspect `README.md` and `SKILL.md` before installation. The package must contain the folder `unslop/` with `unslop/SKILL.md`.
3. Download `skill-package` and verify its SHA-256 against `skill-package-sha256` before uploading, extracting, or saving the skill.
4. Preserve unrelated skills and settings. If an existing `unslop` installation has a different source or modified instructions, do not overwrite it without telling the user.
5. The user's install request authorizes this installation, but it does not bypass a product confirmation, workspace policy, security scan, or administrator restriction. Complete every safe step automatically and ask for only the shortest remaining confirmation when the host requires one.

## ChatGPT Desktop

Use the app-managed Personal Skills flow. Download and verify the package, then open **Plugins → Skills → Create → Upload from your computer** and select `unslop.zip`. Wait for the scan and confirm that `unslop` appears as installed. If the current ChatGPT task can operate this interface, complete the upload. Otherwise, prepare the verified package and give the user only the remaining upload action.

## Claude Cowork

Download and verify the package, then open **Customize → Skills → + → Create skill → Upload a skill**. Upload `unslop.zip`, toggle the skill on, and confirm that `unslop` appears under enabled custom skills. If Cowork can operate its own interface, complete these steps. Otherwise, keep the verified ZIP ready and request only the required upload or toggle confirmation.

## Grok Bot

Work in a one-to-one Bot. Read the verified `unslop/SKILL.md` in full and save its complete instructions as a private skill named `unslop`; do not replace the editing contract with a short summary. Then open **Settings → Plugins → Yours**, enable the private skill for the current Bot, and confirm that `unslop` appears in the `/` menu or enabled skills. If the Bot cannot save or enable the skill directly, present the verified skill for the product's save-as-skill flow and ask for only the required confirmation.

## Verification and response

1. Confirm the installed skill is named `unslop` and retains its description, editing contract, process, pattern checks, attribution, and MIT license.
2. Confirm how the current host invokes it: `$unslop`, `/unslop`, or a natural-language request that explicitly names Unslop.
3. Do not claim success until the host lists or exposes the skill as installed or enabled.
4. Report the host, source revision, verification result, and any product or administrator restriction. Never claim that Unslop detects AI authorship or verifies facts.
5. After installation, wait for a draft and its tone, audience, format, or fact-preservation requirements.
